2. Booking & Payment

• All room reservations must be confirmed by a valid payment (full or partial).
• Prices may vary based on room type, season, and duration of stay.
• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cash (upon arrival when applicable).

3. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: before 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Guest Responsibilitie

By booking a room at iTrancamp, guests agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Respect other guests and staff
• Keep the room and facilities in good condition
• Be responsible for any damages caused during the stay
• Refrain from illegal or inappropriate activities within the premises

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Pets & Smoking
